Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and media partners
  • Coordinate automotive, lifestyle, and social media vehicle loan schedules for regional fleet programs
  • Monitor upcoming fleet activity and proactively prepare necessary adjustments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding regional fleet operations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and supported
  • Maintain and grow relationships with regional media contacts, including participation in automotive journalist groups
  • Track fleet program activity and budgets, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Operations Manager/Lead Driver on vehicle logistics, including receipt, shipment, activation, and turn-in in accordance with client protocols
  • Ensure all client initiatives and programs are executed with a high level of quality and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and other relevant software tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent driving skills, including maneuvering in tight spaces and corners preferred
  • Experience operating vehicle lifts in a warehouse environment preferred
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing is a must
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is a must
