Responsibilities

• Write and manage all client correspondence—from service confirmations to sensitive recovery emails
• Run our social media channels with a voice that’s polished, warm, and unmistakably New York
• Coordinate internal communications across our production facility, retail locations, and delivery teams
• Draft outbound emails and proposals for luxury brand and corporate account prospects
• Create blog content, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling for kingbridge.co
• Keep our communication templates, follow-up systems, and vendor correspondence organized and current

Requirements

• 2+ years in communications, client services, PR, or brand coordination
• A portfolio or writing samples that show range—you can go from empathetic client letter to sharp Instagram caption
• Impeccable grammar, an eye for detail, and a natural sense of professional tone
• Comfort juggling multiple channels and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

• experience in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or service industries
