Responsibilities

• Produce new business opportunities for key portfolio and provide input into business proposal creation
• Lead competitive and category analysis (e.g., Circana/NPD) to identify white space opportunities, optimize product plans, and support new business proposals
• Drive key commercial planning milestones ensuring alignment with global business objectives and partner priorities
• Deliver actionable demand and sales insights that help guide regional and global strategies
• Own forecasting processes that support business planning
• Translate POS and market performance data into strategic recommendations that inform both internal decision-making and external partner alignment
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by setting agendas, synthesizing discussions, and driving follow-up actions for global commercial meetings and partner touchpoints

Requirements

• 8+ years (6+ years with MBA) experience in global strategy or global/international marketing/sales development
• Ability to effectively communicate across stakeholders: experience setting agendas, leading meetings, and driving teams to clear action items
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with Tableau familiarity
• Strong analytical background with ability to present strategic roadmaps concisely
