Job Summary

Own the end to end packaging and selling of submissions by turning carrier appetites into winning proposals and presentations.

  • Marketing plan ownership: convert submissions into carrier aligned proposals and client-ready materials.
  • Underwriting collaboration: work with underwriters to secure timely accurate quotes.
  • Sales and carrier alignment: coordinate with sales and carriers to position for wins and smooth binding.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating submissions to determine a comprehensive marketing plan based on carrier appetites.
  • Updating policy information, gathering loss reports, and completing applications/submissions.
  • Working with insurance company underwriters to receive timely and accurate quotes.
  • Negotiating for the terms and conditions that position us to win.
  • Preparing presentations + binding/issuing policies.
  • Arrowhead has a centralized marketing department that works closely with our sales team and carrier partners to market prospective client submissions and prepares proposals for presentation by our sales colleagues.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two (2) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience.
  • State insurance license is required within the first 90 days of employment.

Preferred

  • retail agency experience and/or experience in a sales environment
  • experience with multiple rating platforms through national and regional insurance carriers
