Job Description
We’re looking for a high-capacity operational leader to help oversee the coaching division inside a fast-growing relationship and human development company.
This is not a passive admin role. We need someone proactive, highly organized, assertive, relationally intelligent, and energized by fast-moving environments, shifting priorities, product launches, evolving systems, and strong personalities.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee coaching operations, scheduling, and capacity management
- Coordinate across coaching, sales, tech, community, and leadership teams
- Maintain accountability systems, SOPs, workflows, and operational standards
- Support launches, livestreams, workshops, coaching events, and online communities
- Track deadlines, project timelines, deliverables, and team follow-through
- Help manage coaching compliance, CRM oversight, and operational efficiency
- Organize systems, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Assist with AI-assisted workflows, automation tools, and scaling operations
