Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive, season-long campaign planning, driving marketing strategy and execution that build cultural relevance, maximize awareness, drive tune-in, and grow presence of FNB.
  • Shape how FNB on Apple TV shows up for fans across multiple touchpoints — spanning club, player, and creator partnerships as well as experiential activations that deliver meaningful marketing impact.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of campaigns that build sports fan awareness, growth and engagement for Friday Night Baseball on Apple TV.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant sports marketing experience at a major sports brand and/or consumer marketing across media and entertainment
  • Experience collaborating with league and club partners in joint campaigns, creative & approvals.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and executing sports marketing activations across various leagues and teams
  • Keen understanding of viewership, subscription sign-ups and overall engagement KPIs through the lens of league and club marketing efforts
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail; successful track record delivering results and exceeding expectations on time.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience crafting Keynote presentations for senior leadership; ability to quickly translate complex issues into a coherent narrative that prompts collaboration, alignment, and action.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; comfort managing ambiguity while driving results with minimal guidance.
  • Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders cross-functionally
  • Thrives working on highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, fostering trust, handling decisions with ease while navigating ambiguity.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the global sports industry & consumer trends.
  • Masters degree, a plus.
