Job Summary

Build and sustain reliable dialysis care delivery through direct patient treatment, equipment setup, vital-sign monitoring, and patient education, while collaborating with the care team to support kidney-health outcomes.

Deliver safe dialysis care and monitor patients through all treatment stages.
Set up, maintain, and monitor dialysis equipment and collect patient data.
Educate patients on treatment options and kidney health to support ongoing care.

Job Description

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compliance with any stated certifications or preferred healthcare experience

Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
