Job Summary

Own the patient care workflow across treatment delivery, monitoring, equipment setup, and data recording to ensure safe, compassionate dialysis and informed patient participation.

  • Care delivery and monitoring: provide hands-on dialysis care, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes during treatment.
  • Equipment readiness and data capture: set up machines, maintain primes and logs, and record patient data.
  • Education and teamwork: educate patients on treatment and kidney health, collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and the care team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
  • Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
  • Record vital signs and patient data
  • Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
  • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

  • Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
  • Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
  • Willing to float between local clinics if needed
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

  • Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
