Fokus is a done-for-you content marketing and Meta paid ads agency working with 300+ service-based business owners across legal, medical, real estate, home services, fitness, finance, and coaching. Our model is built around a weekly recording method: clients spend roughly 45 minutes a week with us, and we handle scripting, editing, posting across five platforms, and paid amplification of organic winners.

We're hiring a Client Success Manager to own a book of business inside our Content Team. You'll be the operating partner for your clients, making sure their content engine runs every week, their results are clear, and they feel taken care of.

Responsibilities

• Own the full relationship and retention for an assigned book of clients
• Run weekly recording sessions and keep content moving through the production pipeline
• Coordinate with editors, copywriters, posting, and ads teams on behalf of the client
• Walk clients through monthly performance reports and translate the numbers into clear wins and next moves
• Spot retention risks early and resolve them before they escalate
• Surface expansion opportunities into our full growth offer

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client success, account management, or agency CSM work, ideally in marketing, content, or media
• Calm and organized under pressure; you can carry a full book of client relationships without dropping balls
• Strong written and verbal communication; clients should feel more confident after every call with you
• Comfortable reading content performance data (views, reach, leads, CPL) and explaining it in plain language
• Self-directed in a remote environment
• Bonus: experience with service-based business owners or in a short-form content agency
