Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Develop strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to clients
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular strategy meetings and business reviews with clients
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Paid Advertising
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
