Responsibilities

• Respond to assigned customer questions through approved channels using clear, respectful, brand-aligned language.
• Review account, order, booking, service, or case history before responding and avoid asking customers to repeat known information.
• Resolve routine requests within documented authority and escalate complex, sensitive, or policy-dependent issues with complete context.
• Record the reason for contact, actions taken, commitments made, and next follow-up in the appropriate system.
• Identify recurring questions or broken handoffs and share useful examples with quality, operations, or knowledge owners.
