Job Description
Responsibilities
- Admin and calendar/expense orchestration to free FA/PWA time for client work
- Support FA/PWAs/teams in cultivating client relationships and handling basic account inquiries
- Educate clients on digital tools and assist with marketing website maintenance
- Assist with in-office operations, travel planning, and expense submission as directed
- Stay current on policies, procedures and firm initiatives and participate in training programs
- Provide clerical support to onboarding and documentation tasks as needed
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with collaboration across teams
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven
- College degree preferred
- Industry experience is a plus
