Overview

Apel Marketing Inc. is hiring a Client Representative to support our growing team in the Madison area. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on customer interaction, product education, and sales inside retail environments.

This position involves working directly with customers in high-traffic retail locations, helping them understand available products and services while providing a positive experience. No prior experience is required — paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands inside partnered retail locations
• Engage with customers and provide product/service information
• Assist with new customer enrollments and account setup
• Answer questions and recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Maintain a professional and positive brand presence
• Work with a team to meet daily and weekly goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, motivated, and team-oriented
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation

Pay & Schedule

• Weekly base pay
• Additional performance-based bonuses available
• Full-time: 30–40 hours per week
• Weekly pay + paid training
