Responsibilities

• Content creation — writing and designing on-brand social content across platforms
• Scheduling — planning and publishing content calendars, keeping everything on time
• Email marketing — building and sending campaigns, managing lists and flows
• Paid ads — running and optimizing Meta/Google ad campaigns for client accounts
• Website management — updates, edits, and basic maintenance (Squarespace)
• SEO — on-page optimization, keyword tracking, basic reporting
• Community management — responding to comments/DMs, engaging with client audiences, protecting brand voice

Requirements

• High attention to detail. You catch the typo. You notice the misaligned logo. Nothing goes out the door half-checked.
• Process-oriented. You like systems, checklists, and clear workflows — and you're not afraid to build one if it doesn't exist yet.
• Marketing experience. You've done this before — social, email, ads, or web — ideally more than one of these.
• Self-starter. You can take a task and run with it without needing constant check-ins.
• Great communicator. Clear, prompt, and professional with clients and with us.

Preferred

• Bonus: experience with wellness, beauty, or fitness brands.
• Bonus: comfortable with WIX, Squarespace, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Notion or similar tools.
