Job Summary

Own the end-to-end program and sales-enablement workflow, turning pipeline data into real-time visibility, coordinating compelling client materials, and translating program results into actionable insights for partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the lead tracking and distribution process, giving the sales team real-time visibility into pipeline activity
  • Coordinate quotes, proposals, and sales packages — making sure every touchpoint with a prospect is sharp and professional
  • Manage customer accounts, follow up on action items, and keep our CRM organized and up to date
  • Help prepare for sales meetings and industry conferences so our team shows up prepared and polished
  • Partner with our marketing consultant to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels
  • Track campaign performance and surface insights that shape what we do next
  • Create and edit compelling content for both internal and external audiences
  • Lead regular update calls with partners — keeping them aligned, informed, and excited about results
  • Build polished, data-driven presentations for client-facing and leadership meetings
  • Collect and analyze program data, then translate it into clear, actionable insights for partners

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales support, marketing coordination, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus — especially with FQHCs, CCM, RPM, or AWV programs
  • Project coordination or administrative support experience that demonstrates your ability to keep things on track
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred (not required — relevant experience speaks just as loudly)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
  • PowerPoint: Building polished, data-driven presentations
  • Excel: Tracking metrics, building reports, and working with formulas
  • Word & Outlook: Professional correspondence, document creation, and calendar management
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to boost efficiency — or eager to learn
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus
  • Confident with video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)
  • A strong communicator — clear, concise, and confident in writing and conversation
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable working with data: tracking metrics, spotting trends, and turning numbers into stories
  • High emotional intelligence — you build trust naturally with partners and teammates
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

  • Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus
