SHIK Consulting Group is growing its team in the DC metro area and is hiring for a Client Engagement Associate position. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on working directly with customers, supporting client campaigns, and developing core professional skills in a structured environment.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Representing client campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions
• Communicating key product and service information clearly and confidently
• Supporting customer acquisition and contributing to overall sales outcomes
• Working closely with team members to maintain campaign standards
• Monitoring individual performance and applying feedback to improve
