Working closely with the Lead Client Strategist, this role owns the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across client accounts: writing and publishing content, building landing pages and emails, producing marketing assets, updating client websites, and keeping every initiative aligned with the client's strategic direction.

This position is for a doer. You will draft, build, publish, and ship real deliverables every week, while keeping communication and workflows organized across multiple accounts.

At Thavma, AI tools are used to support efficiency, research, and content development while maintaining strong human oversight and strategic alignment.

In this role, you may use AI tools to assist with research, drafting content, summarizing information, and supporting marketing analysis. All outputs must be reviewed to ensure they align with brand voice, client strategy, and messaging.

AI is used as a productivity accelerator within a strategy-led, human-directed system. It does not replace professional judgment, strategic thinking, or client insight.
