Role Overview

The Client Account Manager supports the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across client accounts.

Working closely with the Lead Client Strategist, this role ensures that marketing activities, campaigns, and content are implemented effectively and remain aligned with the client’s strategic direction.

This position focuses on execution, organization, and communication, helping maintain consistent progress across multiple marketing initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication
  • Support preparation and follow-up for client meetings
  • Ensure client requests, feedback, and updates are documented and communicated internally
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with both clients and internal team members

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Coordinate with internal team members and third-party partners
  • Ensure campaign timelines and deliverables stay on track
  • Assist with implementing marketing initiatives aligned with the client’s strategic direction

Content & Marketing Asset Development

  • Draft, review, or edit marketing materials including:
  • newsletters
  • blog posts
  • social media content
  • website updates
  • Ensure materials align with the client’s messaging and brand voice
  • Support content organization and publishing schedules

Social Media & Content Publishing

  • Manage client LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts
  • Schedule and publish social media and blog content
  • Assist with the development and distribution of monthly newsletters

Marketing Metrics & Reporting

  • Monitor and track key marketing performance indicators
  • Compile marketing data and assist with monthly reporting
  • Highlight performance trends or observations for strategist review

Project & Workflow Management

  • Maintain organized project workflows across client accounts
  • Track tasks and deliverables using project management tools
  • Ensure timelines, responsibilities, and deadlines are clearly documented

AI-Enhanced Workflows

At Thavma, AI tools are used to support efficiency, research, and content development while maintaining strong human oversight and strategic alignment.

In this role, you may use AI tools to assist with research, drafting content, summarizing information, and supporting marketing analysis. All outputs must be reviewed to ensure they align with brand voice, client strategy, and messaging.

AI is used as a productivity accelerator within a strategy-led, human-directed system. It does not replace professional judgment, strategic thinking, or client insight.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing coordination, account management, or a similar role
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience managing social media accounts and blog publishing
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce (ActiveCampaign experience is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines
  • Motivated self-starter who works well independently, shows initiative, and work well within a team

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using WordPress or other website CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
  • Experience with Slack and Google Workspace
  • Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com)
