We work with ambitious brands that want to scale quickly, and we're looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to help lead the charge.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts while coordinating with our internal team to ensure campaigns are launched successfully, deadlines are met, and clients receive an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 8-10 client accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication
• Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our systems and processes
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard
• Participate in client strategy calls alongside our Strategy Lead and Marketing Director
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly client reporting
• Identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations for clients
• Ensure client requests are addressed promptly and accurately
• Monitor project timelines and maintain momentum across accounts
• Collaborate daily with team members via Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Google Drive

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in account management within a digital marketing agency
• Confident speaking with clients and building strong relationships
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive and solution-focused
• Adaptable and able to think on their feet
• Passionate about digital marketing and social media
• Excited to learn and grow alongside a rapidly expanding agency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Account Management experience in digital marketing
• Experience working remotely within an agency environment
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Comfortable discussing campaign performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Experience with TikTok Shop is considered a significant asset

• Client onboarding and launch timelines are met
• Client requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
• Client satisfaction remains high and churn stays below target levels
• Deliverables are completed without grammatical or quality issues
• Client communications are responded to before the end of the business day
• Internal deadlines are consistently met
