Role Overview

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder and help drive execution across the company. This role acts as the founder’s operational right hand and helps ensure teams remain aligned, projects move forward, and the company operates efficiently.

You will work across marketing, product, sales, partnerships, and creative teams to coordinate priorities, track performance, and help turn strategy into execution.

This is a highly hands on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast paced startup environment, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and wants to help build and scale a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder to coordinate operations across marketing, product, sales, partnerships, and creative teams
• Help translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans for teams
• Track company KPIs and ensure teams remain aligned with performance goals
• Manage cross team projects and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently
• Coordinate hiring processes, contractor onboarding, and internal operations
• Build and improve internal systems, documentation, and operational processes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Support partnerships, business development initiatives, and strategic company projects
• Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and updates that help leadership make better decisions

• Strong operational and project management experience
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and complex projects simultaneously
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to execute independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment
• Highly proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience working in startups, agencies, or fast growing companies
• Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams
• Experience using project management tools such as Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical mindset and experience tracking KPIs and operational performance
• Experience supporting hiring, partnerships, or business operations

Compensation

Competitive compensation package based on experience and location. Performance based incentives may be available as the company grows.

Location

This is a remote role with a globally distributed team. Candidates based in the United States or within convenient travel distance to Palo Alto are a plus, as occasional in person collaboration with the founder may be beneficial.
