CampusLaunch helps brands launch on college campuses through sorority activations, ambassador programs, and experiential marketing. We're becoming the go-to Gen Z agency for some of the largest brands in the world (BODYARMOR, Gymshark, UFL, etc).
We're growing fast and hiring a Chief Sorority Officer (I am being so 100% serious).
Role Description
This role is for the post-grad sorority girl who:
- Knows everything about sorority life
- Knows someone at every top chapter in the country
- Is chronically online in the right way — understands the TikTok Algo and trends
- Was chapter president, VP of Recruitment, VP of Marketing, or social chair (or just very involved)
We're building something that has never been done before. If you want to join a startup obsessed with sorority marketing and brand partnerships, you've come to the right place.
Semi-Requirements (if you have a few of these, apply)
- Held a leadership role in your sorority
- Large social following and knows how to make viral content
- Background in film, photo, or videography
- Outgoing enough to hold a conversation with a brick wall
- Understands the ins and outs of sorority life (Bid Day, Pref Night, Big/Little, philanthropy)
- Hyper connected
- Competent, organized, and extremely responsive
