Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's marketing and branding strategy in the United States.
• Lead digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, content, and brand promotion campaigns.
• Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Develop annual marketing budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and growth targets.
• Analyze customer behavior, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
• Build and manage the U.S. marketing team.
• Develop strategic partnerships and new customer acquisition channels.
• Responsible for corporate communications and brand positioning.
• Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and senior management.
• Report to the CEO on marketing performance and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• 15+ years of marketing experience, including extensive leadership experience.
• Preferred candidates have held positions such as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Vice President of Marketing, Director of Marketing, or similar senior roles.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, brand building, customer acquisition, and growth strategies.
• Experience in marketing team and budget management.
• Exceptional strategic planning, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with the U.S. market and the digital marketing ecosystem.
