Responsibilities
- Formulate the company's overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plans.
- Define brand positioning and market development direction.
- Drive growth in the company's market share.
- Establish and maintain the company's brand image.
- Develop brand communication strategies.
- Enhance brand awareness and market influence.
- Lead marketing promotion initiatives, such as: Digital Marketing; Content Marketing; Social Media Marketing; Public Relations (PR). Drive lead generation efforts.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Major in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- 20+ years of experience in marketing
- 10+ years of experience in team management
- Proven track record in brand building and market growth
- Proficiency in digital marketing and marketing data analytics
