Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develops a marketing strategy and supervises the marketing and strategy team, and manages client accounts within assigned hospital(s).
  • Develops elaborate business development plans, creates quarterly and annual strategic plans, and designs/implements processes to support business growth through customer and market definition.
  • As a field-based position, builds and maintains inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions, while complying with state and CMS rules and regulations across multiple levels of care.
  • Responsible for all marketing tracking systems, the intake process, payor relationships, and community education.
  • Works closely with the assigned hospital(s) management and clinical team to maintain positive and effective working relationships internally and in the community.
  • Manages the marketing and strategy team, including recruitment, team development, and retention, and provides leadership, education, training, coaching, and support to exceed objectives within territories.
  • Oversees the team’s compliance with Vibra Healthcare’s documentation policy and procedure.
  • Facilitates business growth by working with clients and business partners; builds and maintains high-level contacts with current and prospective customers and other partners.
  • Drives prospects, identifies new customers and markets, develops approaches to the market, and prepares proposals.
  • Utilizes strategic thinking and execution to enable the business to exceed revenue, census, and admissions goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field required
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in marketing/leadership in a healthcare environment
  • Strong background in client services and relationship management required
  • Supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Current, valid, and active driver’s license required
  • Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation

Preferred

  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage a team
  • Ability to compute statistics, analyze referral trends, and develop budget/marketing plans
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
  • Exhibits a sense of urgency for goal achievement and ability to redirect marketing efforts to meet such goals
  • Results-focused, innovative and creative problem-solver with the ability to engage commitment from others
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally); influences and stimulates others to action with directive leadership skills
