We are hiring Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our client based in US and who will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring financial stability and regulatory compliance. The CFO works closely with executive leadership to support business growth, improve profitability, and make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

3. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.

4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and financial risks.

5. Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.

6. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to minimize potential losses.

7. Cost Control: Analyze operating expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

8. Investment Decisions: Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and financing options.

9. Team Leadership: Manage and develop finance, accounting, and related administrative teams.

10. Executive Collaboration: Advise the CEO and board of directors on financial performance, business planning, and strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Finance or an MBA is preferred.

- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA is preferred.

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.

- Previous experience in a senior financial leadership role is highly desirable.
