Own and drive ONE’s global strategic communications, brand, and digital channels, shaping executive messaging and cross‑functional collaboration across a matrix organization.

Lead a global communications program with a focus on brand integrity and integrated campaigns.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team while managing budgets and external partners.

Job Description

Requirements

15+ years of progressively responsible experience in communications, public relations, digital media, or related fields (in-house or with agencies)
At least 5 years of demonstrated success managing and developing teams
Expertise in or with policy, advocacy, or international development organizations
Proven ability to navigate and influence within complex, global matrixed organizations
Strong writing, messaging, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and team/agency performance

Preferred
