Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute face-to-face outreach and marketing campaigns on behalf of nonprofit partners
- Educate the public on charitable initiatives and drive donor engagement
- Provide daily updates to team leads and weekly KPI reports to account managers
- Build and maintain relationships at outreach sites and community events
- Travel for networking and nonprofit events every 2–3 months
- Lead monthly team presentations to track impact and performance
- Stay current on client missions, campaigns, and community needs
- Conduct market research to identify new outreach opportunities
- Help generate new fundraising and awareness strategies
Requirements
- Passionate about nonprofit work, social impact, and community outreach
- Leads with integrity and accountability
- Strong team player with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable engaging with diverse communities and demographics
- Excited to take on leadership and grow within the organization
- Thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred (MBA a plus)
- Based here or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
