We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Certification Communications Coordinator to support our Airworthiness Team in achieving regulatory approval for advanced aerospace products. This role plays a critical part in maintaining project organization, preparing documentation for submission to the FAA, and ensuring our team operates efficiently in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Compensation
$65,000—$75,000 USD

How You Will Contribute To Revolutionizing Electric Aviation
- Lead FAA Designees Management: handling requests for DERs/DARs, recruiting, on-boarding, supporting and training, ensuring consistency along the process.
- Lead FAA Designees Apprentice Program: interfacing with the different areas to identify potential candidates, define development plan and follow-up to ensure a path for application.
- Prepare, review and company DER/DARs applications before FAA submittal.
- Keep DERs/DARs authorizations updated
- Keep DERs/DARs approvals organized
- Support Certification Team developing company processes and training
- Organize and host visits from the FAA and foreign regulators
- Develop and maintain organization and communication systems for certification project files internally at BETA and with regulators.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Aviation, Engineering, Business, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, aerospace, engineering support, or regulated
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with document control systems, Power BI and PLM tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong interest in aviation and aerospace certification
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to assist wherever needed and learn new processes
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Desire to grow into broader certification or regulatory roles over time
