Job Summary

Own and optimize CCDH's digital fundraising engine with end-to-end donor journeys, paid media, and multi-million gifts; focus on online revenue, conversion funnels, and high-net-worth donor relationships.

  • Own online revenue targets and end-to-end supporter journeys across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Lead paid digital programs (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and conversion optimization with A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with communications and development to turn public moments into fundraising actions and secure major gifts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead CCDH’s digital fundraising strategy, owning online revenue targets and overseeing end-to-end supporter journeys from first touch to retention
  • Manage paid digital programmes (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Optimise email and social conversion funnels
  • Run A/B testing
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Development teams to translate moments of public visibility into fundraising action
  • Cultivate and close five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts in major gifts role (for Director)
  • Represent CCDH in high-level donor interactions (for Director)
  • Serve as liaison between the development and programme/communications teams (for Director)
  • Manage a personal portfolio of high-net-worth donors (for Director)
  • Build a team of fundraising professionals (for Director)

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years’ experience in digital fundraising or performance marketing within a non-profit or mission-driven agency
  • Up to 10 years of progressive fundraising experience required, including 5 years leading a major gifts team
