Responsibilities

• Oversee and train Team Members in Table Games, Slots, and Bingo departments.
• Create effective schedules that provide appropriate coverage for the departments.
• Resolve any Team Members’ conflicts that may arise.
• Support all Marketing programs and promote them in a positive manner.
• Responsible for Team Members’ disciplinary actions and performance evaluations, keeping the Management fully informed of all activities involving Team Members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• Two or more years of Slot supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guests.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
• Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration Card

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of Casino Market Place is a plus.
