Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of casino promotions, tournaments, and marketing programs designed to increase guest visits and rated play.
• Assist in developing promotional mechanics including eligibility criteria, earning structures, prize distribution, and redemption processes.
• Help translate marketing campaign concepts into clear operational plans that allow multiple departments to execute successfully.
• Contribute to the organization and coordination of marketing initiatives that drive casino demand and guest engagement.
• Support the coordination and on property execution of casino events, entertainment activations, tournaments, and special promotions.
• Collaborate with operations, guest services, and other departments to ensure events are properly scheduled, staffed, and prepared.
• Provide on site support during events to ensure activities run smoothly and deliver a high quality guest experience.
• Assist in documenting event outcomes and observations to support continuous improvement of future marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams including gaming operations, guest experience, food and beverage, hotel operations, and special events to support coordinated marketing execution.
• Maintain and communicate the promotions and events calendar to provide planning visibility across departments.
