Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing go-to-market plans for product launches and strategic business priorities, executing release readiness and communication strategies, and creating targeted sales enablement and client education materials that translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions.
  • Leverage client feedback, market intelligence, adoption trends, performance metrics, and AI capabilities to develop insights, test hypotheses, and inform business decisions.
  • Through analytics, dashboard insights, data storytelling, and executive-level communications, this individual will help shape engagement strategies, influence priorities, and measure business impact.
  • As CashPro continues to grow, this role will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful implementation of key initiatives.
  • Combine strong business acumen, analytical and technical capabilities, communication expertise, and a passion for innovation to help position CashPro as the premier digital platform for business clients while delivering measurable growth, engagement, and client value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, strategy, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a future-forward mindset, embraces innovation, challenges the status quo, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable go-to-market plans and execute delivery.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling executive, client-facing, and sales enablement content.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex business and technical information from multiple stakeholders into clear, concise, and impactful communications.
  • Strong storytelling capabilities, including the ability to communicate insights, product value propositions, and strategic priorities to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, market intelligence, and client feedback to identify trends, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across product, sales, service, marketing, and strategy organizations.
  • Interest in and ability to leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity, uncover insights, and enhance business processes.
  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree

Preferred

  • Knowledge of treasury management, payments, liquidity solutions, and digital banking platforms.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market strategies, product launches, client adoption, or sales enablement initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to synthesize complex information, streamline content creation, automate manual processes, or generate data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
  • Bank of America or other financial services experience, particularly within transaction banking, payments, or digital channels.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and partnering with product development teams.
