What You’ll Do
With dignity, compassion, and professionalism, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients’ homes, including:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light cooking and housekeeping
- Bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance
- Ambulation and mobility support
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
What We’re Looking For
- CNA or PCA preferred or 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
- Proof of current TB testing is required!
- Physically able to perform job duties
- Mature, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to pass a state-required national background check

HomeWell understands the complexities of the aging process and is receptive to the emotional and physical demands placed on both our clients and Personal Assistants. For many seniors, we realize receiving “care” can seem embarrassing and can erode self-dignity. That’s why we call our caregivers “Personal Assistants.” We are there to assist with daily activities.HomeWell Personal Assistants excel in customized care situations. Our clients are placed in the care of Personal Assistants trained for their specific needs. Whether your loved one needs a home-cooked meal or more personal care, our Personal Assistants can be trusted to look after them as though they were part of the family.
