•    Prepare bid sheets, trade packages, and investor delivery documentation.
•    Monitor market pricing, investor appetite, and competitive trade execution.

•    Build and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and models to track pipeline, hedge positions, and secondary marketing performance.
•    Perform data analysis on loan characteristics, pricing trends, fallout, and profitability.
•    Support the development and refinement of hedge models and pricing tools.
•    Prepare regular reports for management on hedge results, trade execution, and market conditions.

Process & Systems Support

•    Work with internal systems (Encompass and others) to ensure accurate loan data flows to Secondary Marketing.
•    Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and better data utilization (SQL experience is a plus).
•    Collaborate with PPE & Lock Desk, Operations, and IT on system enhancements and data integrity initiatives.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

•    Partner closely with the Lock Desk, PPE team, and Sales leadership to optimize pricing and hedging strategies.
•    Contribute to special projects aimed at scaling and professionalizing the Secondary Marketing function.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
•    Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts, and modeling) — required.
•    Experience or coursework involving data analysis, financial modeling, or statistics is highly valued.
•    Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus (but not required).
•    Basic understanding of fixed income, mortgages, or financial markets is preferred, but not required — we will provide training.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
