Now Hiring: Canvassing Team Manager – Door-to-Door Division

Reece Windows & Doors (serving Florida homeowners since 1972) is hiring a Canvassing Team Manager to lead, train, and grow a high-performance door-to-door appointment setting team.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to recruit, train, motivate, and hold canvassers accountable to production goals.

If you’ve successfully run solar, roofing, fiber, alarm, or home improvement canvassing teams, we want to speak with you.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and build a strong canvassing team
• Train new reps in the field
• Run daily team meetings and territory launches
• Track production and improve performance
• Ride with reps and coach in real time
• Maintain accountability standards
• Help scale territories across South Florida

Compensation Structure:

• Base pay available (based on experience)
• Bonuses for managers with existing teams ready ti hit the pavement knocking
• Override on team sales
• Performance bonuses
• Advancement opportunity as the division expands

High-performing managers commonly earn $80K–$150K+ annually

Requirements:

• Prior canvassing leadership experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to recruit and build a team
• Strong accountability mindset
• Comfortable working in the field with reps daily
