Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for generating leads needed for our sales staff in the most cost-effective means possible.
• Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with customers
• Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity with leads
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times

Requirements

• QUALIFICATIONS:
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding follow thru and execution
• Ability to meet deadlines and benchmarks
• Team Oriented
• Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include evenings and weekends
• Experience in Face-to-Face Marketing is a plus
• Physical Requirements
• Retail/Events: Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Canvass: Must be able to walk for long periods of time
