Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of canvassers to meet daily outreach targets and campaign objectives
• Develop and implement effective door-to-door marketing strategies tailored to target audiences
• Train team members on communication skills, negotiation techniques, and fundraising methods
• Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training sessions
• Foster positive relationships with community members, addressing questions and concerns professionally
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and reporting to optimize team productivity and campaign success

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
• Experience in door-to-door sales, telemarketing, or fundraising is preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with customer service expertise
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of marketing principles and canvassing techniques is advantageous
