As a Representative, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to our top-rated home improvement services and generating interest for in-home consultations.

No sales experience? No problem. All you need is a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work hard while having fun!

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with homeowners through in-person outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods
• Create awareness and generate interest in our home improvement services
• Schedule appointments for our expert in-home consultants – no selling required
• Use tools like Spotio to track your daily activity and results
• Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Previous canvassing or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
