Own weekend outreach to book free painting estimates and capture leads, while following a training path that rewards successful referrals.

Lead the doorstep canvassing and data capture for painting estimates
Manage weekend workstream and immediate onboarding from training
Maximize earnings through a lead-based pay structure

Job Description

Responsibilities

You knock on doors in local neighborhoods on Saturday, 10am–5pm.
You ask homeowners if they'd like a free painting estimate.
If they say yes, you write down their info.

Requirements

Looking for outgoing high schoolers, college students, and anyone who likes talking to people.
No experience needed. We train you.
One day a week. Starting immediately.
