Duties

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and hot spot locations in assigned neighborhoods to promote our programs and initiatives
• Engage with community members using strong communication skills to explain the purpose of outreach efforts
• Collect feedback and answer questions from residents to foster trust and understanding
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact details and responses
• Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach approaches and improve engagement techniques
• Represent the organization professionally, demonstrating enthusiasm and confidence at all times

• Strong marketing abilities with a knack for persuasive communication
• Excellent customer service skills to build rapport quickly and effectively
• Experience with door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or direct sales environments
