Job Description
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage canvassers
- Lead teams in the field
- Set daily and weekly goals and track performance
- Coach scripts, objection handling, and door approach
- Build a positive, accountable team culture
- Plan territories and routes
- Lead field execution and ride-alongs
- Drive consistent appointment and lead volume
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years canvassing experience
- Minimum 2+ years managing or leading canvassing teams
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain canvassers
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and in the field daily
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Preferred
- Experience running multiple vans
- Home Improvement / Roofing / Construction / Solar or similar background
