Responsibilities

• Post content on your own TikTok and Instagram channels using your DormWay referral link
• Every week we send a brief: trending hooks, formats, audio — you make it yours
• Work with your pod — a small group of creators at your campus, coordinated by a pod lead
• Film on campus. Study sessions. Finals chaos. Whatever resonates with your audience.
• No scripts. No approval queue. Just post.

Requirements

• Current undergrad at any U.S. university
• Active TikTok or Instagram presence (any size — no follower minimum)
• Pod mindset: you collaborate and communicate, not just solo post
• You actually use TikTok and know what's trending before it's trending

Preferred

• CapCut, InShot, or any editing experience
