Responsibilities

• Coordinates and executes sales prospecting programs and campaigns that boost lead procurement and activities to generate additional sales leads.
• Coordinate Prospecting Programs & Campaigns
• Seeks seminar prospects from company and commercial contacts
• Checks email
• Updates RSVP event status
• Orders supplies
• Maintains supply of on-hand marketing materials; orders as required
• Checks ALAS system lead status and updates as appropriate
• Executes integrated sales & marketing demand generation campaigns by scheduling, administering and coordinating activities which may include one or more of the following: Grassroots events, Location Showcase events, Seminars

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
• One (1) year of related experience
• Ability to collaborate with marketing and the respective sales teams
• Ability to manage a high number of small tasks related to lead generation and management of assigning leads
• Ability to accurately and carefully maintain lead records and their status in ALAS to facilitate lead assignment, reporting and tracking of leads into opportunities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with Sales team
