Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, social media) tailored to the vertical's target audience.
  • Identify compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with the specific needs and challenges of customers in education.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, product marketing, and our reputation marketing teams to ensure alignment of campaign strategy and execution.
  • Work closely with the sales teams (including business development) to understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring marketing efforts directly support sales objectives and span the journey from.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales, providing market insights, reporting, and campaign updates spanning acquisition and expansion objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, working with internal creative teams, external agencies, and marketing operations.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with third parties to amplify the Brightly message when applicable.
  • Deliver clear benchmarks and metrics for all campaigns, focusing on lead generation, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred; certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo) are a plus.
  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS marketing; experience with Enterprise Asset Management, CMMS software or education industry marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; proactive outlook with ownership; exceptional attention to detail; ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
