Based within the New York City metropolitan area, this position is on-site in Englewood, NJ._
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, managing and executing capital and comprehensive fundraising campaign strategy. This position is a highly visible and impactful role that reports to the Director of Campaigns and Operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on complex capital campaigns, managing a major donor portfolio, conducting donor cultivation, and closing significant gifts. This candidate should possess an established track record of building strong relationships with internal constituencies, board leadership, external donors and have solid experience with volunteer steering committees.

Job Essentials
  • Five (5) or more years' experience in philanthropy, including major gifts and capital campaign experience, preferably in healthcare/medical industry or higher education
Previous Experience With Successful Capital Campaigns Required
  • Overall campaign management and organization, including monitoring and maintaining pipelines, moves-management prospect tracking, and maintaining timelines;
  • Liaising with volunteers and creating volunteer task assignments
  • Identifying and researching prospects
  • Writing and coordinating campaign-related donor communication, including but not limited to pledge agreements, acknowledgments, stewardship letters, proposals and solicitations;
  • Monitoring and maintaining a master campaign calendar for cultivation, solicitation and volunteer committee activities;
  • Strong experience utilizing interpreting data metrics;
  • Strong management skills and superior organizational skills;
  • Strong working knowledge of nonprofit CRM software, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge highly preferred;
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate within a fast-paced, complex organization;
  • Self-motivation, positive energy, drive, stamina and enthusiasm are a must.

The salary range for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The salary range does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the salary range, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
**Salary range: $83,000 - $120,000 p/year**
