What You Will Do:
- Connect with homeowners via inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote top-quality home improvement solutions (roofing, siding, windows).
- Use proven scripts to identify needs and offer tailored services.
- Track and manage interactions using our CRM.
What We Are Looking For:
- Positive attitude and drive to win.
- Excellent communication skills—talkers and listeners thrive here.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
