Position Overview
Impactia Corp is seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our Washington team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and campaigns
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics
- Support marketing campaigns through outbound outreach efforts
Requirements:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
