Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish relationships with referral sources, such as schools, clinics, community centers, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct regular site visits, presentations, and community events to promote our services.
  • Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers and brochures, to key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to build visibility.
  • Serve as a liaison between referral sources and the intake team to ensure smooth client transitions.
  • Actively track and follow up with referral sources to maintain relationships and encourage ongoing referrals.
  • Identify and onboard new referral sources to diversify the referral pipeline.
  • Monitor referral outcomes to measure and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Maintain a detailed outreach activity log via CRM, documenting all visits, contacts, and events.
  • Provide weekly reports summarizing outreach activities, referrals, and feedback from the community.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, social work, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience: Experience in the mental health or healthcare field is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
