Overview: We are a fast-growing insurance restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation. We’re looking for a motivated, personable marketing representative to build strategic partnerships with plumbers in our service area. Plumbers are often first on site during water-related emergencies, and we aim to become their go-to partner for mitigation services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and build lasting relationships with local plumbing professionals and businesses
• Educate plumbers on our mitigation services, benefits of referral partnerships, and response capabilities
• Schedule regular visits, attend industry events, and build rapport through thoughtful engagement
• Develop creative strategies and promotional offers to incentivize referrals
• Track and report lead generation and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with operations to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to referred clients
• Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and a solutions-driven mindset

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Background in B2B marketing, relationship management, or field sales
• Experience in construction, plumbing, restoration, or insurance industry preferred but not required
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local area

Compensation: Base salary 55K - 65K+ commission/bonus structure based on successful lead conversions. Opportunity to exceed 100 - 150K. Additional perks and growth opportunities available.
