Business Development Representative (Contract | Commission-Based)

Four Lane Digital is looking to bring on a Business Development Representative to support outbound growth and community engagement efforts.

This is a contract, commission-based role focused on generating new business opportunities through outreach and relationship building. This position is ideal for someone comfortable initiating conversations, building connections, and representing a growing marketing firm in the community.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound outreach (cold calling and cold email) to businesses
• Initiate conversations and identify potential opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with local business owners
• Attend networking events and represent Four Lane Digital when applicable
• Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers
• Track outreach activity and maintain consistency

• Comfortable with cold outreach (phone + email)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in both virtual and in-person settings
• Consistent, disciplined, and coachable
• Self-starter with the ability to manage outreach independently

Compensation
